Free Shipping for U.S. orders $75 and over

We ship free of charge for orders $75 and over to customers in the United States via USPS First Class Mail. 

If expedited shipping is required, please contact us and we will make every effort to meet your request. Additional shipping prices may apply.

If the item is in stock, we will ship within two business days after payment is received. Please keep in mind that some items are made to order, in which case we will need 5-10 days to ship. If this is the case, this will be stated on the product description page.

Please note Ayana Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that may occur during transit. 

Returns and Exchanges

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s).

Customers must contact us within 10 days of receiving the product and we must receive the item within 30 days from the date the item was shipped. Returns and exchanges of the item(s) must be unworn and in the original packaging. 

Please contact us with your order information. Please include your name, order number, and the items you’d like to return in the email. Your order will be refunded within 1-2 days of receiving the item.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 10 days and sale items are final. We are also unable to accept returns on made to order items. Made to order items will be noted on the product detail page.

International Shipping and Returns

Rates shown at checkout will be based on your address and the order’s weight. For returns, please contact us with your order information, and we will provide a Return Authorization number. Please include your name, order number, and the items you’d like to return in the email. For returns, your order will be refunded within 1-2 days of receiving the item.

Please note, we are currently not collecting international duties and import taxes at checkout; therefore, you may be charged with additional duties and import taxes when you receive your shipment depending on the country. Please be aware of this as Ayana Designs is not responsible for additional fees after we ship.

Sale and made to order items are final.
